行銷送手機 恐遇詐

門號，當心收到不明帳單，甚至吃上官司！
屏東縣府消保官程俊表示，一名60多歲老先生6月間接獲北部通訊行電話行銷門號，搭配送手機，老人家被免費手機所誘，一口氣訂了3家不同電信業者產品，卻只宅配2支手機與SIM卡，通訊行要求他交快遞寄回雙證件影本及申辦同意書，家人發現異狀，將手機寄回，並要求通訊行不要開門號。
不料，通訊行又寄回手機，家人趕緊二度退貨，老先生後來竟收到3張電話帳單，家人直接向電信業者反映並未使用門號，其中1家業者同意退辦，另2家還未同意，家人轉向消保官申訴。
另有消費者接到通訊行電話將免費贈送手機，要求消費者提供雙證件影本，後來果然收到手機，卻也接到2張不明門號的帳單，只好報警。
屏東檢方也發現詐騙集團利用民眾貪免費手機心理，騙取個人資料，再偷辦人頭帳戶與人頭手機，成為詐騙與洗錢工具。長治鄉一名女大學生接獲電話行銷門號，因喜歡對方搭送的手機，門號又免月租費，宅配到家後，把個人資料雙卡影本回送，卻成了檢警傳喚的詐騙人頭疑犯，吃上官司，悔不當初。
消保官程俊表示，雙證件影本透過通訊方式處理，很容易被意圖賺取佣金的通訊行拿去當人頭，應避免接受電話行銷門號，可直接到電信公司或是有信譽的通訊行親自開辦門號。
