消基會抽查／網路購物台食品、美妝吹噓療效 將修法重罰

消基會抽查東森網路
購物得易購、富邦MOMO台、Viva、U-LIFE四大購物台十五個食品及美妝廣告，全部誇大不實，包括知名的台糖、葡萄王公司出產的蜆錠、樟芝王都被點名，消基會要求購物台立即將廣告下架，衛生署、公平會、ＮＣＣ也要重罰。

台糖公司表示，經與經銷商聯繫過後，廠商已承諾，後續廣告中不會再出現違反規定的廣告文宣字樣。葡萄王公司昨天表示，相關內容不甚清楚，還要進一步深入瞭解。
東森購物強調，一直遵循主管機關的法令規範，相關產品不會下架，先請廠商做適當調整。富邦MOMO台也表示，會全力配合法令。森森百貨U-LIFE總經理李登科指出，會立即了解商品是否碰觸到紅線，若是銷售人員口誤，也將口語申誡改進。
衛生署食品藥物管理局消保中心主任劉淑芬表示，消基會公布的十五件違規案件，衛生署均已先行監控到，其中八件明顯違法，三件已開罰。問題在於相關罰則過輕，衛生署已修正食品衛生管理法、藥事法、健康食品管理法、化妝品管理條例，罰則大幅提高，草案現由行政院審議中。
公平會發言人施惠芬表示，公平會已經委外長期監看媒體、廣播及網路，一旦發現廣告不實，會依照公平法處罰。ＮＣＣ表示，將請縣市政府加強查察，也將配合衛生署及公平會針對購物台依法處理。
消基會董事長謝天仁表示，廣告誤導消費者情形愈演愈烈，與官方稽查不力，罰則又過輕有關，甚至有業者是空殼公司，被捉到人跑了，可憐的是難辨真相的消費者。
